To apply for a position, you must be:
1. Licensed Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner
2. Physician candidates must be board certified in IM, EM, FM, Neuro, PMR, Psychiatry, Psychology
3. Hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state you wish to work
4. Have atleast 2 year of recent in-person clinical experience
